Taking this to the next level, Globant presents ChooseToUpturn, A Women That Build initiative where women technologists on a career break can get back to coding, because, This is where you belong!

You Can Register If You Are:

  • A Women Technology Professional from Web Development (React) OR Mobile Development (iOS and Android) OR Backend Development (Java) OR Backend Development (.NET) OR Test Automation (Selenium) with a career break of at least five (5) years
  • A Women Technology Professional With a degree in Computer Science and no work experience
  • ChooseToUpturn is a pure training initiative by Globant, and we do not guarantee any employment opportunities to the participants.
  • All participants will mandatorily have to go through an algorithm test as a part of the selection criteria.

Notes

  • The ChooseToUpturn training mentorship program is absolutely FREE OF COST and Globant or its representatives do not charge any fee or remuneration whatsoever.

  • Participants can connect remotely and do not have to travel to any Globant Offices to participate in the training program.

  • A 1 hr sync up with a dedicated mentor to address your understanding will be arranged for all selected participants on a weekly basis.

  • All participants will have to undertake weekly assignments in order to evaluate their performance.

  • Subject to top-notch performance, feedback throughout the program, and open vacancies, qualified candidates may be offered permanent roles at Globant on the successful completion of the program
